THE THIEF, Sommerro and Hotel Kämp Among the Best in Condé Nast’s Readers’ Choice Awards 2024

Nordic Hotels & Resorts are proud to announce that three of our hotels have been recognized in the Condé Nast Readers’ Choice Awards 2024. THE THIEF in Oslo stole the show, securing the top spot as the number one hotel in Northern Europe. Additionally, Sommerro in Oslo has been ranked number eight, and Hotel Kämp in Helsinki as number fifteen.

The Conde Nast Readers’ Choice Awards is one of the most respected accolades in the travel industry. In it, millions of readers from around the globe cast their votes for the top destinations and hotels, reflecting what the guests truly value: an authentic, unforgettable stay. The prestigious awards are a testament to the exceptional guest experience that each of these hotels provide.

The MICHELIN Key—the hotel counterpart to the MICHELIN Star—has unveiled its 2025 selection of outstanding hotels. Three of Nordic Hotels & Resorts’ Norwegian hotels made it onto the prestigious list: Hotel Brosundet in Ålesund, and Amerikalinjen and Sommerro in Oslo. This year marks the first time ever that MICHELIN Keys were awarded to the Nordic Countries.
