Crazy for gin! Hernö Gin Hotell to become member of Nordic Hotels & Resorts

Gin lovers, meet your new favorite hotel: Hernö Gin Hotell in Härnösand, Sweden. A new destination hotel is being built at a prime location, set to become a member hotel in Nordic Hotels & Resorts when it opens in December 2024. “The world's best gin and the world's best lifestyle hospitality group are joining forces”, says Henrik Berghult, COO of Nordic Hotels & Resorts.

Hernö Gin Hotell is set to be a truly unique concept on the Nordic hotel market. Currently under construction in central Härnösand’s prime location, the hotel will consist of nine floors close to the sea. Guests will be able to stay right on Kanaludden by Södra Sundet, which opens onto the beautiful Bothnian Sea.

Gin lovers around the world – mark December 2024 in your calendars. That’s when the hotel is planned to open its doors to the public.

Hernö Gin Hotell will be the newest addition to Nordic Hotels & Resorts group. With the belief that there is no standard guest, and therefore no standard hotel, Nordic Hotels & Resorts gathers 39 independent hotels in its growing portfolio.

With 120 rooms, several bars, a restaurant and a conference facility with seven meeting rooms and a capacity of up to 225 people, Hernö Gin Hotell will be close to the center of Härnösand within walking distance for guests. Härnösand's swimming pool next to the hotel will offer relaxation and swimming for all guests.
