Farris Bad, always searching for novelties and the best in heat therapy, has found Aufguss (German; ‘infusion’ English). This experience follows the ancient Finnish practice of generating hot, humid air by pouring water and ice on heated stones.

A Sauna Master starts the ritual by throwing water and ice, mixed with essential oils, onto the hot stones. Then using a towel, the Sauna Master performs a fanning technique to remove the isolation layer around your body. Pleasant smells and warm vapour bring a subtle delight to the senses, enhancing the many benefits already enjoyed in the dry sauna
